Still got a sore throat and feel slightly 'not well' but at least I'm up and about doing things unlike Thursday when I lolled about in my sick bed for most of the day lol. Went to work yesterday, basically cause I needed the money but I was ok.

He is a barrel. I'm loving it so much. He's even so much cuter when he's he's having his little conversations with me. Everytime he says something new I want to jump on here and tell you all...which reminds me...did I tell you what he said when I was changing the bedding on Thursday?
Although I am rubbish at taking pics I have, since my babes were talking (DS at about 10 months...talks in his sleep- but I digress...) kept a notebook and jotted down things they have said with explanatory notes where necessary - flick through it sometimes and it never fails to cheer me up - DS was such a cute TOGGLY - he knew he was a toggly cos he went to toggly group! And he loved his Winnie the Pooh cargingingingan!

Glad it's not just me then - I was dreading someone thinking I'm odd..

    Me?

    Odd?

And that's why Johnny Depp is up there on my cute list in Pirates... I used to tell people I had seen that and I had NO IDEA what happened in the film. Got it on DVD in the end and now I know! When I went to the flicks to see the last one I had to REALLY CONCENTRATE:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Afternoon ladies,

Went to the gym this morning and did my favourite class - body balance. My Mum was still not well enough from her cold and had to stay home with my sister who is also not well and has come home for the weekend to be looked after (23). I went with my Dad on his free guest pass. I had a lovely time, apart from the fact that I realised how unfit I am now, and also weighed myself and realised for the first time in my life, I'm over 10 stone! Definitely need to join up again.

I ran into my old Year 6 teacher in the class, which was really nice, and she couldn't believe that I'm 25. She's now retired, and I told her that I'm now a teacher, and we had a lovely conversation. She didn't recognise me, and I had to tell her who I was, and she said I was really tiny when she last saw me (does that mean thin, or short do you think?).

Anyway, I've just scoffed a tuna mayo sandwich, and I'm eating a piece of my coffee and walnut cake - I've sent home two pieces with my Dad for my Mum and sister.

It's brilliant sunshine here, which is great. I may walk into town a bit later so that I make the most of the weather, and also get a load out on the line. Need to take all of the glass jars etc to the recyling bank as they are cluttering up the side.

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend.

Boddy I'm glad your puddy came home.

Nicki - well done on getting that essay done hun and enjoy your well-deserved rest this weekend.

Hugs to anyone feeling poorly (I've had the headache and sore throat thing too, so that's why I went in the steamroom today to see if it'll help). Do you think it's possible to catch bugs over the internet? We all seem to have the same thing, but live in completely different parts of the country.

Time for the rest of my cake methinks.

Time to hit the road I think. Not sure which way I'll go. Motorway will be generally quicker but you never know with the M25 so I'll probably cut across country as it's a nice day and the drive will be 'pretty'.

    Will catch you all later.

    Hi

I have finally cut the lawns:j it was really long and took me 2 hrs. I'm now shattered and filthy need a shower.

I still have washing and ironing and Ds2's room to do as well as my afternoon dailies. I also need to do my nails, pluck my eyebrows and find something to wear. I hate going out it's so much faffing around.

Aww at Polkadots Ds how old is he?
