Glad your puddy tat has turned up safe and sound Boddy.
And I have had an excuse to use that cute bean!
The day we moved in our cat shot out of our house! Luckily I woke up in the middle of the night to find her outside - she'd come back when it was quieter! I was very relieved - 10 this year and very much part of our family.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Don't feel bad,its just one of those things...when it happens it happens. In the meantime I have my one LO starting to talk the hindleg off a donkey and all these new things to do. It was a bit consuming for a while but now that Im on flylady and found so many things to do...including things for myself...Im not so hung up on it.

I know - I was well chuffed because my mates thought I was wrong...then the vest! I have a lovely friend from Primary school who I met back up with through Friends Reunited - I was sure he'd be gay and he was...when we met up he told me he didn't realise until he was about 20...I told him he should've asked ME! I'd have been more shocked if he were straight! And I'd last seen him and been in contact with him when we were 13!
That's so funny, I had one of those too! I had a mate at primary school, I was convinced he was gay. I bumped into him in the playground day 1 of my DD1 going to infants school. I was just about to ask him what he was doing at the school? I thought I was working for the school's IT dept!!!! Thank God I didn't say anything..... as just as the words were forming on my lips.... he introduced me to his wife and children!!!     Anyway, in the end, several years later, he realised that he was gay, and left his wife. That part of it is such a sad story, and I feel so sorry for all of them.
The other part of it is really funny though, like you said, I just kept thinking, I knew when you were 10, how did you need another 25 years to realise it? Should have asked me! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:MMSSB Club Founder Member

One of my friends I was out with last night has a friend who's hubby 'turned' and a close friend of mine had that too... that's the sad thing - it tears families apart.

You think your gaydar isn't working try this for horrid. I dated a guy when I was in year 11 at school. We attended the same church and dated for a good 8 months. We went on a church camp one week end and when we got back we were standing in the kitchen having coffee when he asked if he could have a private word with the youth pastor. One of my friends joked that he wanted to discuss the fact that he had realised he was gay and needed help telling me.
He went off for his chat and about half an hour later the youth pastor came back and asked if I would join them...my friend was right:eek:0 -

I know what you mean about having stuff to think about really helping. It's not easy when people helpfully say "just don't think about it" !!???
Your LO sounds like a barrel of laughs though, and keeps you very busy!! They're smashing at that age aren't they. I loved DD1 as a toddler. She was hilarious, and it's wonderful that you've got the opportunity to really enjoy the time together. :T :T :T :T :TMMSSB Club Founder Member
