I know what you mean about having stuff to think about really helping. It's not easy when people helpfully say "just don't think about it" !!???

Your LO sounds like a barrel of laughs though, and keeps you very busy!! They're smashing at that age aren't they. I loved DD1 as a toddler. She was hilarious, and it's wonderful that you've got the opportunity to really enjoy the time together. :T :T :T :T :T

He is a barrel. I'm loving it so much. He's even so much cuter when he's he's having his little conversations with me. Everytime he says something new I want to jump on here and tell you all...which reminds me...did I tell you what he said when I was changing the bedding on Thursday?

One of my friends I was out with last night has a friend who's hubby 'turned' and a close friend of mine had that too... that's the sad thing - it tears families apart.
    Who is Mr. Anderson?

It was really really sad for them all, esp. the children, and that's something I'd never be laughing about!

Mr Anderson is an agent in 'Matrix' That line is one of my favourite bits from the film. I think I may have to edit my siggy though, cos, i think I'm gonna get asked a lot!! :rotfl:

Boddy - really glad Jake is back, just logged on to check he was home. Tell him from me to stop worrying us all. No danger of our cat going missing...the nearest she gets to outside is sitting in the doorway with her whiskers blowing in the wind. She's allowed out but won't go. We rescued her after she'd been a stray and she had to have her teeth out and her ears trimmed. She's still our pretty little girl though! The vet doesn't think she wants to risk going out again! xx

oooo...I'm making progress today already! Kind of surprised as on one hand I'm shattered, but on the other I know if I don't get some jobs done I won't be able to relax:o

    So far :
    • DD's waterproof sheet washed (3rd time...kept leaving it in the WM) and out on the line.
    • 1 batch of dishes done
    • My bed stripped (DD did hers yesterday morning;) )
    • Coats in the WM
    Next on the list :
    • Wash my hair
    • Put was load out (only on a 30min cycle)
    • Next wash load in
    • Bath for me.
Right...now where's my turbie towel gone?

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

That's a half day's work done (hurrah!) I'm now going to go and sit in the sun for half an hour in the garden with the second hand cookery book I bought from the charity book yesterday (I'm a sucker for old cookery books - this one's from 1945!)

He came in while I was stripping the bed and asked "mummy...making bed?" when I said yes he jumped up on the bottom sled to watch. He was giving me instructions-"sheet...vet...pillow...pillow...daddy pillow...daddy pillow" when I was done he jumped down and applauded saying "yay...mummy made med...well done...mummy":rotfl:

Bless!! You've either got a lad that's really going to appreciate the value of housework, or a phenomenally encouraging manager!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

aah Matrix - totally beyond my comprehension - Keanu Reeves looks cute in that long leather coat though - and I had a Nokia which was exactly like one in that, apparently (thinks...probably still got it..)
