I've spent the evening getting the 2 younger ones to bed (one went to Judo for the first time and had a ball) after checking for nits, checking toe and finger nails and the progress on the Vs I was ready to quite - they had clean bed sheets so I like them to go in spick and span.

I've also done a pile of ironing so will have less to do on Sunday.

Just going to have 30 minutes on here then call it a night.

Thanks hun, I think I've gone mad....just for a little bit.

I'VE FINISHED THE FLAMING CASE STUDIES, ALL 100 OF THEM!!!!!.... PRINTED OUT AND JUST NEED TO BE PUT IN THE PORTFOLIO!!!!!! Whooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Ok, normal services resumed!

DH is currently putting new tires on his bike ready for his two day cycle. I'm hoping the children and I will just chill for the weekend. Sounds bliss!

DeniseF, I fear my current level of flying is on a par with a fledging sparrow which has just left the nest. An awful lot of flapping happings before I eventually get somewhere (but not quite sure where) a little bit bedraggled and an awful lot scared.

This last two months have been ridiculously busy what with one thing and another.

Nipped into town this afternoon and only paid for 30 minutes on the parking meter. It's amazing how focussed you can be when you're timeboxed! Picked up a lovely, and quite unique, silver plated (couldn't afford the solid stuff - not with my HBOS share diving big time this last week or so) vase thingy for Bro and Sil for tomorrow.

Spent half an hour on the phone this evening with people from the office (the old story - works on my machine - well it ain't working on mine! - Still not completely resolved. Entertained Nice Neighbour with a couple of gins. Fielded off a couple of phone calls. Cooked dinner. Tidied up and now I'm serioulsy pooped.

Best thing is my baby - DD (who is not a baby as she's 26!) has sent me a text saying she's landed safely in Mexico where she's holidaying for a week. I will sleep better tonight knowing she's back on the ground.

Ooh, before I forget, Pigpen - did you speak to anyone about the courses in the end? and also, what hospital will you be in charge of once you've finished and qualified? Coz I want to make sure I get any medical help I may need from there - it will be so clean and organised, I def won't be catching any extra germs if I have to come in... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well I have done nothing today, been at Earls Court most of today and my plates are KILLING me! I parked in a carpark miles from EC coz the stupid satnav said it was only 1/2 mile away - yea, right, then we walked up and down inside to get as much info as poss, so am currently poggered on the sofa with my laptop catching up on all the goss - so come on, where is it all? :rotfl:
