systems were so slow at work, I've brought some home and will have to work tomorrow morning and Sunday on it. But hey, it pays off the mortgage sooner.

Just about to nip out and buy bro and sil something silver for their anniversary party tomorrow.

I decided to get the sewing machine out and do the pile of mending making. Only one bit left now and I've really enjoyed it. Mainly because the sun is streaming throught he window!

Going to do HHC on the bits of cleaning I need to do and then finish off machining (it is on my list).

Polka that is a lovely idea with the cake and I'm a real believer in what goes around comes around x

Sold another item on ebay so a few more pennies and the other item I have on (relist) will sell this time - funny that isn't it how something doesn't sell one week but does the next.

What a palaver!!

I went to Boots to collect DD3's prescription and the flaming GP's hadn't got it done so they said it wouldn't be ready until Monday.. SO.. I trailed veryone ALL the way up to the quack.. collected the prescription.. had a rant and a BIG complain.. after all 3 days to get a prescription ready is way out of order.. They have again only done us enough for 2 weeks instead of a month because they are claiming not to have received the letters from the school nurse increasing her dose.. I said strange how I received mine though isn't it?!! .. Anyway I've got the SN ringing me back on Monday she has until 1pm to ring me then I'm ringing back. After we collected the prescriptionwe hiked all the way back to boots.. let DS2 into the house on the way passed and then back home again.. it is boiling and my feet are killing and I am gagging for a cuppa (how yorkshire does that sound?? lol)

Best go feed the marauding horde then they can bugle off to their nests early seeing as they have done nothing but whinge!!

Ooh I did a terribly housewifey thing yesterday... I found some tomatoes in the fridge which were past their best.. washed them, dried them.. and chcked them in the freezer.. next time I do a blow-your-nose I'll smasht eh frozen things with a rolling pin and hoik them in .. saves defrosting and chopping nicely.. THEN.. I washed out the fridge.. it was smelly.. no idea WHAT was smelly but it was and now it isn't!
