Tell me about it, my break when far too quickly! I wish we'd gone for longer, it was such a nice city, i really want to go back, and i don't say that about many cities. I will try and add pics to FB today/tomorrow so you can have a look chick!

What a weekend i had

First off my OH bought a dolly trailer so he can pick up non runner cars fix them then sell them on. It was 150 miles away! So i said id come with him to keep him company,although i hate roadtrips. So off we went on saturday and picked iy up. On the way home had a burger king, it was on tiny motoraway one with a little chef on the side. Anyway, 2 hours later he dropped me home. About half hour later i was throwing up, which lasted all night from 9pm until 6am sunday morning!!I have never been that sick it was awful, all day sunday i tried to get some sleep but my ribs and back hurt so much from straining to be sick i couldnt get comfy.
So i have taken the day off of work today as yesterday i couldnt keep anything down so didnt eat at all and im so tired.

And now my OH tells me his selling that trailer we picked up as it doesnt fit in his garage as its too big so has no where to keep it!:doh:Then he went on to say how stupid he is for coming up with all thses ideas and wonders why i stay with him! Bless him, he has always had ideas to make money that never last long but hey his trying!

So today im going to get some rest in bed as i dont get paid when im off sick so need feel better by 2morrow.

Awww Maria, you poor thing. I hate being sick, its probably the worst thing ever. I'd much rather stick pins in my eyes than be sick. Do you think it was the BK then? I know a few people who have got sick after eating from BK, my OH did a while back and he won't go near a BK anymore.

I hope you have managed to get some rest today - thats rubbish about not getting paid when off sick. Haven't you worked for the same company for a long time? you'd think after being there so long they'd pay their loyal staff stick pay.

Bless your OH for his ideas, least he comes up with ideas to make money, most guys wouldn't.

My dad says i should report burger king but im not sure how i go about it and how i can prove it was there food.

Yeah been with them over 5 years but they dont pay sick pay as we clock in and out.:(

Evening,

Yesterday evening i wasnt feeling 100% but did feel better so told a work mate by text i would see them 2moz (today) but at 4am this morning TMI WARNING! i woke up feeling sick and then having tummy trouble from the other end! So had to call in sick again and to be honest think i wont be going in 2morrow either. As i still havent managed to eat much since the sickness on saturday night so feel pretty weak and tired to be running around making 20 plus beds etc.

Which is going to take a big hit on my bank account next week. As my clock card works wednesday to wednesday so i will be paid for last thursday and friday which will work out to about 11 hours. So i might get £50 if im luckly as there will be no tax on it at least!:o

Ive been doing my surveys that come through, but havent really had many. I didnt manage to do a review though.

I'm so sorry to hear you are still feeling poorly Maria - i hope you get better soon chick! If you are still feeling dodgy at the end of the week maybe go to the docs? just to be safe hun!

Morning,

Finally got a good nights sleeplast night and ate breakfast no problems this morning. yay! Think im finally feeling better, i will be going back to work 2morrow. I feel so bad on my work mates as i know they have been suffering with too many rooms as were all ready badly short staffed let alone me being off sick.

My OH has the day off today for a dentist appointment and there's a bloke getting a train down from birmingham to hopefully buy his car. He put the BM up for sale on autotrader at the weekend and has had tones of calls all from young people wanting to pay rubbish money for it, he was hoping by putting it on autotrader rather than Ebay people wouldnt muck him about. its up for £2600 and he will only sell it for £2500 min. im sure the bloke coming today will pay what my OH wants though as it will be a wasted journey if he dont!

As for the trailer, he listed that on Ebay and someone bought it buy it now but then said they dont want it. So now OH has got ot wait 7 days before he can claim fee's back etc.
Dont ask me what car OH will be using if he sells the BM as i dont even know! As ive been ill i havent really spoke to him much!

On the money front ive got some big catching up to do if we i want us to be moved out end of Aug/start of Sep.

Ive just done a Dooyoo review finally and will try to do another couple.
