(How come I dont always get emails telling me theres been replies?
)
I hold my hand up ~ if thats true its new to me!!
Very good too, I HATE BT (And the BBC come to that) for their monopolies of the market.
HOWEVER
My position still stands. No matter WHAT its called the 'use' of that line is being paid by someone somewhere:idea:0 -
No LLU on my exchange yet I can get the same offer. Care to explain?0 -

According to my contract and my bills so far
, I pay £17-99/month for broadband, calls as described above, and aero, zilch for line rental.
Tiscali Line Rental 01/Sep/08-30/Sep/08 - £ 0.00
1571 Voicemail monthly fee 01/Sep/08-30/Sep/08 - £ 0.41
Always Withhold Number monthly fee 01/Sep/08-30/Sep/08 - £ 0.00
Broadband 01/Sep/08-30/Sep/08 - £ 17.01
Im kinda hacked off about that actually. May I ask what speed broadband your on? Its just that if you TRULY dont pay line rental then it sounds to me like theyre majorly ripping customers off now!:idea:0 -
I on an "up to 8MB" contract .... well out of contract now, just carrying on because it's easier than changing and I can't seem to get a better deal from anywhere else.
And to answer other questions, Tiscali has LLU on my exchange.:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

Intriguing.
I apologise for getting it wrong before rmg1
I swear I never knew of that (Certainly wasnt happening in my area end of last year anyways)
For the record though, those on LLU should technically be paying FAR less if line rental no longer exists? Im going to have to investigte this further methinks.......:idea:0 -
First thing to do is check if anyone has LLU on your exchange. Can't remember how, but it is possible.:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

If you check out a website called sam knows...enter your telephone number or post code it will tell you who is doing LLU on your exchange
Hope that helps0
