Site issues last night and this morning

Hi folks,

Sorry about the slowness and errors of this morning, we've been having some hardware issues. Hopefully it's all fixed now and we'll be monitoring things closely this morning.

Please post here if you're having any problems.

Hi :hello: It seems that the image server may still be a bit duff as although I am putting smilies in my post here they aren't showing?

Just thought I'd flag it up, it's not just me as others in the comps forum on the Discussion thread & in our pub are also raising the issue

Hope you can fix it!

Edit: Ohhh the hello smilie is showing now just not the other 5 in this post

glad you said that, i thought it was just me.

The site seems to have lost a selection of smilies in posts... medals seem to come and go... keep getting error messages "access denied" when trying to post (fingers crossed this works) or navigate round the forums... the site has slowed to a crawl...

Hope you get the issues fixed soon... I am using safari if that helps...

have been trying for 45mins to get in, keep getting access denied. finally got in now.

same here - get the access denied message and have lots of ? symbols too :-(

I already posted to say was getting "bad message" from the webmaster and tried to put smilies in to edit a post,wouldn't add them,yet each time i opened up the edit bit-the darn smiley was there-it just wouldnt transfe to the final post on the page-most strange!!
