Alright, I've not posted in a while, but here's my mealplans for this week:
Tonight (Friday) - Fish and chips (not from the chipshop, but from the freezer!)
Saturday - Sausage Bolognese (homemade using tin of tomatoes, blob of pesto, garlic and onion. Oh, and sausages)
Sunday - Creamy Pork Casserole (packet mix I'm using up)
Monday - Fridge Omelette (with anything from the fridge in that needs using up)
Tuesday - Pasta Carbonara ( mmmm )
Wednesday - At mum's, bless her
Thursday - Lasagne from the freezer (homemade from a huge batch made the other week)
Friday - Chicken Faijtas
I'm going to do some batch cooking this weekend too so there's meal ideas for later in the monthContinually trying the Grocery Challenge. Gotta keep trying!0 -
Only my second week of meal planning ever - and as the first one worked so smoothly, I am happy to carry on planning...
Friday - it was chicken satay stir-fry and rice
Saturday - chicken dhansak (from freezer), rice and HM naan
Sunday - vegetable soup (freezer) - it's OH's fortnightly day out with his son, so a light evening meal is required
Monday - spaghetti bolognaise
Tuesday - saag alloo (batch cooking), rice, HM naan (freezer)
Wednesday - fish pie
Thursday - kidney bean stew0
