I have started writing all of them down. I plan to buy myself a nice pad (maybe a pukka pad or similar and then start to answer them. When I was on my own with Thomas (my son) I never had any adult conversation, I rarely used to leave the house and I used to sit and write how I felt in a notebook and sometimes I would just use a whole page to SCCCCRRREEEAAAMMMM lol and I still have it. Amazing how many silly things used to bug me

Not quite sure how to turn this into a question but it makes a good errm IYKWIM...
My FIL used to say that he would stand on MIL's shoulders to get the children out of danger...I think at the particular time we were talking a sinking ship, so the kids would need to be as high up as possible. At the time, I thought that was an awful thing to say about your beloved husband/wife--so very obviously it was before I became a parent myself
It wouldn't bother me AT ALL now, cuz the offspring's dad walked several many years ago
There was also a time when I sharpened the carving knife every day, so if the bomb were to drop, I would see to the children & then myself...
Cheerful little soul aint I
but I guess my question is; to what lengths are you prepared to go, in order to prevent your loved ones from harm/ pain/ suffering? Do you have a cast iron resolve to carry out whatever is necessary? What are your criteria for deciding that time has come? Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.
