Super Mum , how was the Lorne Fair? Did it go well for you?
I always worry about not even covering my expenses!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
Hi ArtyTarty - the fair was great. We did really well thankyou! It wasnt the crowd I had expected - I thought there would be a lot of guides and children, which there weren't (where were they all - did the guides of NI not promote it amongst their own crew? I only ask because my daughter is one, and was really disappointed not to see more guides there). It was mainly older ladies/ex guides, who were all lovely and friendly and interesting. We started slow, had a very quiet lunchtime, then it went beserk for the afternoon, so we had a good time, and it was VERY definitely worth it!
When is your next one?Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0 -
