Sounds good. I'm more of a solo runner though. I do it to get away as much as for the fitness aspect

I will always run my own pace.. i won't be hurried along by the group.. this one is ran by jogscotland, so a jog leader will always be with the back of the pack, so you're not as aware of everyone up ahead...

Sorry, i did say i wouldn't bore you with the details!!!

As you were already running pre-bean, can you not continue to an extent?

  • Well, even DH was on the Wii fit with me, jammy sod (who, unsurprisingly with his job) is in brilliant shape, was a natural with the yoga! Grrrrr, everything he did, he did it perfectly first time and had excellent balance!

Maz-the running groupo sounds amazing! I really would love to get into this running lark...

The one thing i hated when I went jogging / running was these packs of super slim girls that would be running and TALKING TO EACH OTHER when all I could managed was a half-strangled gasp for air:o

Details are interesting so long as it doesn't stray into TMI areas :p

I did try but it was really hurting knees and hips so decided not to push it. It'll be something to look forward to next year;)
