Sounds good. I'm more of a solo runner though. I do it to get away as much as for the fitness aspect
I will always run my own pace.. i won't be hurried along by the group.. this one is ran by jogscotland, so a jog leader will always be with the back of the pack, so you're not as aware of everyone up ahead...

Well, even DH was on the Wii fit with me, jammy sod (who, unsurprisingly with his job) is in brilliant shape, was a natural with the yoga! Grrrrr, everything he did, he did it perfectly first time and had excellent balance!
