plastering courses in my area

my FIL would love to go on a short course to learn how to plaster (i think he knows the basics but wants to refine his skills, learn how to make the task easier). as it is his birthday within a week of christmas, we were thinking it might make an ideal present for him.

i've tried looking online, but have only found random mumbo jumbo, and looking under plastering in the yellow pages only named tradesmen.

where can i go from here, as im a bit stumped

which is a start, hard for me to look further without knowing which area of Wales you are in

My local college in Plymouth does a short 10 day DIY plastering course spread over 5 weeks (2 nights a week). It was very good when I did it last year and I'd recommend you try your local colleges for something similar.
