Wow, just read your signature - looks like you've been keeping your courier v busy! Well done you :T
Don't know anything about a book - presumably you order via post? If so, just wondering if your delays are due to the various postal strikes? Sorry if I'm way off the mark. Online ordering is sooooo easy - as are returns - you complete one section and your receipt automatically follows; just needs initialling by the driver so maybe that's what your courier is used to? Just a thought....Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Marsden Cuckoo, one of my customer's ordered the Orange offer and when I keyed the order it showed with a red cross. At 8.30pm when I was submitting my order, it showed green cross.
So at the moment I wouldn't worry too much about red crosses.
I never used to have a printer, so I used the returns book to complete and send back goods.0 -

candy, don't panic. Take a deep breath.
When you first go to place an order, can you see 18 as an option? If yes, click on this and go through to when you start keying in your order numbers.
On the left hand side of the screen is a little box with 18 in a column going down, if you click on the little arrow just to the right of the number 18, you should see a drop down menu, that says 17.
You can back order one campaign, every campaign. So when on campaign 1, you will be able to back order for campaign 18.
Just select the 17 for all the orders you need to make. Save the orders and then do 18 as normal, you don't have to go right back to the beginning, just add to current order, and you will see when you get your invoice, it says Campaign 18 xxxx orders
and Campaign 17 xxx orders.0 -
Denise - when you do returns online, you have to fill in the boxes stating no of items, date and barcode number yourself on both copies, one copy goes in the box, and the courier initials the other copy and gives it back to you as evidence you've returned the goods.
Has nobody ever bought, or had customers buy, the ella ballerina camera? My customer really wants some feedback on it before committing to buy. I may just order it for her anyway to try if I can't find anyone who has seen or used it before0 -
