MIL has become a rep, her regular order has been fine, but a customer was 2 days late giving her an order, so she phoned it through as an additional order. Even though MIL is well within her credit limit - this additional order has been held!!! Lent her the money to pay off her balance the amount for the additional order.....order still not released!!!

Rang credit department this morning - and even though she has paid off more than the additional order, they want her to completely clear her balance before they will send her anything, even though she is within her credit limit, as it is an additional order they can't release it if she owes anything with it being her first campaign- of course she owes money, our delivery was only this morning!!!!! So have had to lend her the full amount of her balance to clear it so that this additional order will be sent asap!!! How ridiculous! I could understand if she had gone over the credit limit or the additional order was for a huge amount, but it is only for £30 plus the £2.50 delivery charge, and paid £35 off, so it shows she is going to pay unlike some people. somedays you really wonder why you bother with avon:rolleyes:
