whats with all this mailplan stuff? why is it important? confuuusssseeeed lol also i dont think listing out of stock items is relevant cause the internet LIES lol. alot of mine said out of stock inc the butterfly trinket box and TtTE book and they all turned up. also the antler vanity bag told me it was out of stock and never getting more stock in so didnt turn up a few campaigns ago. so i ordered it in the next campaign and its here now, wrapped and hidden ready for xmas. so be aware that its not always right x

The ThomasTheTankEngine book from the clearance brochure was out of stock and I got notification on my invoice that they had sent me a replacement and bubble blowing stuff. got the replacement, happy with that, but no bubbles...

oh and the reason people want to know what mailplans they are on, is to find out if stock will be in when they order from clearance books and popular lines. The lower you are on the mailplan, you might find that clearance stuff is sold out by the time you order.. but as you have found, this is not always true.

Hi Candy, if you wanted to change SL, you would have to leave for 2 campaigns, 8 weeks and then rejoin with new SL.

Sorry, not sure understanding this, your SL has given you C17 and C2 books?

No ideas where I went wrong :mad:..... I asked Customer Service to send me the Christmas Bargain Bag from C16 and ended up with item no 75754 which includes a shower radio, dream book, earrings in teddy bear box/xmas tree hanging ornament, naff xmas tree baubles/streamer and a very plastic looking handbag. (Unfortunately OH wants to keep the shower radio so am stuck with the rest of the ...... stuff :rolleyes:) Customer now desperate for the TtTEb so have ordered, hopefully, the right no. now..... keeping my fingers crossed!)

No I meant the samples that avon provide, you get them sent with your orders on your 2nd, 4th and 6th campaign. You were lucky that you were given any samples, as that was out of her own pocket, avon don't refund us for any samples. If you don't want to use oh account, just don't put an order through, he will drop of the system and you won't get charged anything, as you only trigger the admin fees when you start placing orders - I've had reps do this when they changed their mind and it wasn't a problem, its actually easier than getting your account cancelled by avon! I'd ask if she will give you anything for using oh account, as she should do as she will get refunded for books if you place an order on his account, so she should provide you with another 40 books and if not, as I said before, she can get into serious trouble, as we aren't supposed to knowingly sign up someone if they aren't going to be the person running the account, not nice to blackmail her but worth a try! Might make her get her a*se into gear!
