Have ordered one as an extra as my customer was really disappointed for the TtTEb to be OOS. The call centre told me it would cost me £2.50 for delivery and I wouldn't get any commission (I did contradict her on that one but not sure whether the email re. getting commission on additional orders from c17 onwards up to Christmas will also apply to back orders i.e. I ordered it as part of my C17 order but was actually in c16). She'll be really chuffed provided it arrives before her grandson's birthday - keeping my fingers crossed! What price good customer service, eh? :rotfl:

Could anyone confirm which campaign and the order code is for the bonus bag with the TtTE book please?

Would be everso grateful as order is due in this Friday and my SIL absolutely has to have it for her friends little one!

I've had things go "missing" before (even though other items sent back in the same box were processed just fine:rolleyes:), I to gave the barcode number after I was recharged and was refunded no problem, so you shoul dbe fine! Your invoice will probably have been printed before you rang up as they are printed a few days before your order is sent.

If you don;t place an order on your OH account then you won't get charged anything so don't worry. If you get enough orders, then it could well be worth placing orders on both of your accounts though - just make sure that she gives you more books as she would need to for your bf so that she doesn't get into trouble lol! Plus, if you place orders through on both accounts then you will qualify for more free samples so could be worth doing as you can qualify for quite a lot of free samples in your first 6 camps as a rep, which would be more than your extra admin charge.

thanks for the answer well more info than my own sales rep gave!! by the way shes only give me 3 samples and they were s$%t :rolleyes: is there any any way i can change my sales leader? And shes not give me anything for OH account i rang her and asked her if she could cancel his account and she said the account number hasnt been prossessed yet so it shouldnt be a problem and that shell ring head office and stop it then ring me back. But guess what????????? she hasnt and that was 2 days ago!

Getting back to Christmas, I use both books on all customers in the last couple of campaigns to maxmise sales. I don't tend to use the sales leaflet twice though as its always OOS so quickly. I also miss the campaign which falls smack bang in Christmas/New Year (C2 on my plan). When I restart after the New Year, I do a review of customers and my regulars will start with C2 & C3, those that have not ordered so much this year will be C2 only. Tend to keep to this until next Christmas.
