When I first started on my territory, I used to put books through the letterbox with a tick box on the front, asking if they didn't want avon books to tick.

Then I started putting a note to say leave out on such and such date on the front cover. And on the plastic bag would write please leave outside as book is reused.

Think my territory got used to me, most leave books out, odd ones don't. Those I used to knock and ask for book back, now I just don't deliver to them.

i have a note attatched to front of each book saying ill be bk at ..................... and please leave outside. i post books through letterboxes, never knock first, i dont give then chance to say no lol.

when i go to collect if its not outside i knock, and if no answer i put a note through saying

Hi, I called to collect your AVON book and you were out.
Please leave it OUTSIDE and I will pick it up before 12noon tomorrow.

That is a GREAT question - thanks for asking it!! I have absolutely NO idea how I am going to cope with having 2 campaigns on the go at once!

i find having a diary and a planner to know where my books am and a master spread sheet of orders split into the different offers allows me to CREATIVE ORDER effectively.

also, i have a seperate little book i take round when i book drop and collect which i make notes in, then i transfer it to my calling book when i return home.

i find it easier to collect on the morn and drop the same books back out on the evening of the same day. this saves having books arround the house and remember when books are in the house, they arnt selling!!!

i have had a problem this time with Avon. I sent back some stuff- for which i have credit for- unfortunately it appears that the stuff has not been received by avon- i have rang up and they said i dont need to do anything i need to wait for 28 days- which has already passed (last saturday) i gave them the barcode number and they said i dont need to do anything now- im getting a bit anxious as i just my order delivered today and the invoice said that i will be charged for the money maker perfumes that i ordered (ordered 6 but didnt sell them so i sent 5 back) anyone had the same thing or any advice to give to me?
