Delivery day today - am not feeling great this week, been burning the candle at both ends to totally self inflicted!! Got to try and get it all done tonight then deliver tomorrow, working all weekend so won't be able to start delivering C18 cats until Monday. Just noticed not updated my sig for a while!! x0

Just done my 2nd delivery, much quicker than my huge 1st delivery!
4things missing though... a lip gloss, mascaras and the photo frame. Do I have to ring them or just request a 'replacement' (despite never having received it in the first place!)0 -
I had a customer who didn't like the colour of a lippie. I asked and got a replacement. However I had a brainstorn that week and asked for 2 replacements although I only had one lippie to return. Customer likes the replacement but how do i go about returning the extra one that I have that I shouldn't have had but will be charged for. If that makes sense.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

just email Customer Service through website, contact us bit, and explain. They will tell you what to put for returns.0 -
Does anyone know how big the 6/7 fold up party slippers are? Would they fit a good size 7? Collect in my first brochure drop 2moz, thought it wud be dry but looks like rain and my bags are too small!! No orders from anywhere yet but loads (@13) books out to F+F and hopefully some will bear fruit. Shall be doin some xmas shopping myself to help MOV. Why not?! Anyone know what samples are in the bag you can order as a new rep? Any absynthe in there?

oh dear! That is going to be very confusing for you and your customers!
You can back order for C17 books through a C18 campaign but you won't be able to order C2 until it is due for ordering.
Think you need to speak to her and explain that you don't understand how you can order from them if they are not on your system.
So what do i do then? cant ring my SL cos she doesnt answer the phone? what would you recommend besides ringing her?!!!!!!!!Bingo Mad!!!!!!!!:beer:0 -

Gah just realised this morning that they didn't include my 2 packs of C01 brouchures which are clearly stated on my invoice!
I've had to e-mail them as it doesn't let you request an immediate replacement. I must say I'm unhappy with the service from Avon this 2nd time around. :mad:0
