ah sorry Denise. I did say I thought Lakeland did them too, but I hadn't had a look. I was ordering some stuff today from Lakeland, went through nectar.com as you get nectar points for ordering through Lakeland.

And as I was ordering my items, it brought up the cellophane bags as a suggestion. How uncanny is that.

But FlowerHour do them too, you need to see how much each bag works out, ie 7p, and compare this to Lakeland, Flower Hour and the ebay site you bought them from. Work out the best deal for you.

Summer-Caitlin, definitely right code, checked it 3 times. The only thing that is close to pink in brochure is plum so definitely a mistake on website.

Ring them ASAP - i've added 24 hours after my order was placed and got the items OK. They won't promise, but usually seem to manage it

I have a question regarding the silver beauty bag that you buy for £12.00 when you spend £10.00 on makeup, campaign 13/14?? Apparently this bag should have had blue flare nail varnish included. I normally check contents of these beauty bags, but this one was sealed, so I couldn't. One customer of mine has said that the nail varnish wasn't there. I am wondering if this is a mishap or Avon stopped including them? Does anyone know? I have only had one customer order it so can't ask anyone else.

I had a customer order the beauty bag, I checked her order and placed the rest of her order inside the bag. There was definitely a nail varnish but it was Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel in Midnight Plum. In C14. And definitely a deep purple colour not blue. I remember thinking my customer was brave to wear that colour.

So it was just missing from her order.

Hey everyone, sooooo glad it's Friday today!! :beer:

Well my order arrived last night, 1 thing was out of stock and will be delivered in due course and 3 items were completely missing. 1 of missing items were on the print out and 2 were not. :mad: I have called AVON and they are going to send the items out to me. Will I be charged for them having to resend it do you think? :rolleyes:

my house is currently looking like a bomb has hit it at the moment due to AVON things being everywhere. I'm looking forward to clearing it all out tonight and delivering.

I went round all of my customers that ordered last night and gave them a compliment slip with a delivery time and payment on arrival, so hopefully it will all go smoothly. 1 customer text me and asked me if i could delay it until her payday, which is only a few days away so i'm OK with that!

Hope eveyone else is doing ok this Camp. I've only got £15 in orders so far :eek: so it's not going so well for me. I hope I start reaching some amazing figures like some of you on here.

wow my best campaign ever so far! Just looked at my invoice and realised not ordered any more invoice books! Doh! Have ordered more books but no more invoices. So will have to call them.

But this campaign have submitted £445.09. OK, I have ordered £130 of products with no discount, but these are christmas pressies and incentives for customers to purchase more, bought from HT, and I won't need to spend this much next month.

Wow, can't believe I have done so well.

I don't have C13, but kept C14 for references.

The silver Beauty Bonus Bag says

Maybe your customer looked at the Anew pot and mixed up the colours of the nailvarnish and the Anew pot in her mind.

I would email Avon and tell them the nail varnish is missing. After all the customer ordered the bag with all the products inside and paid for it.
