Well done Winsones :T
I wonder if anyone can help with a query from one of my customers. She bought the Ultimate Pedicure last time round but has asked me what she's supposed to do with 'the little refill thing' in the middle. As I've never looked closely at one, i haven't a clue

lol Ellibee.
the refill thing in the middle is extra attachments...lol
Your customer is supposed to open the pedicure item, remove the inside, put it back together. You use the cheese grater(lol) side on feet that have not been freshly washed. If you use on freshly washed feet, it is very sore and can pull on the skin. This removes the dead skin.
The reverse side is a foot file for smoothing down rough skin and removing it.
the inside opens to empty the dead skin cells from the cheese grater.
The spare bit is a pumice and sponge. The foot pumice again is used on the heels to take off dead skin.Gently though.

Hey everyone,
Well I have just checked my online invoice and I didn't realise that you get some brochures free, so I now have them coming out of my ears as I also ordered some!! Whoops!
I only had 1 item that was out of stock. It says on the invoice no need to re-order. I'm not sure what to do about this one, do I still take all of the money and deliver it when it arrives or do I take it off of the order?!
What do you guys do in this instance?

I am thinking of doing the Phoenix Trading (There is a thread for it too) with my Avon - does anyone else do this? Think I can put in a brochure with the Avon ones, not sure how it works though? Is that how you get orders through Phoenix Trading?0

When one of my items was delayed I gave the option of paying total now or minus that item then pay when it arrived but she wanted to pay all of it.0 -
That sounds fair enough, I'll give her the option. She's a new customer so don't want to upset her!C14 £129, C15 £126 , C16 £442:T, C17 £290, C18 £215, C1 £1200

Hi All,
I have heard a couple of people mention before that they have sold some stuff at carboot from the clearance section in hello tomorrow. From the notes in there it appears that we shouldn't be doing this but it would make a nice bit of extra money and hopefully bring in a few extra customers. What are peoples thoughts on this?

Hi - I sell some avon bits at carboots - normally get the 99p stuff and things when the are on offer cheaply as nothing expensive would sell lol! As for the clearance - I can't personally see the problem, you aren't offering it to your regular customers and avon are making their money at the end of the day! I don't bother, as don't tend to get much from clearance anyway as fairly late mailplan, so all the good stuff has gone lol! If I could though, I would sell it - at a carboot you are selling items that belong to you (ie you've paid avon for it, so it is your property) so that should be fine, whereas to your "regular" customers it could be a whole different kettle of fish, especially as more likely to have returns etc which would be difficult with it being discontinued!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Little rant first! One of my customers accused me, in not so many words, of fiddling her!!! I had loads of returns last camp, including stuff she sent back, she does send an awfult lot of stuff back!! And she asked me how much it was. I noted it was £10 as I always write on their next order form how much discount from the order, if you know what I mean. She probably didn't mean it, but I did feel a little bit like she was accusing me. I should stop being so sensitive!!
Not many orders yet, always starts slow, regulars like having their cats a bit longer, not 1 order for In Bloom yet - some customers even gave the sample back unopened, which I am grateful for!!0
