I'm not sure, other people seem to have a larger group of friends to vote so we'll be lucky to squeeze 3rd place :rolleyes: fingers crossed though xx not very good at popularity contests lol

Avon wise, not so good, ASM called me a month ago to tell me she was reassigning some of my territory due to a drop in sales, left me a voicemail so I emailed her 15th july, 1st august and again yesterday and no reply. I know someone is delivering to my territory as my customers keep giving me 2 books back and I thought I was losing my mind and delivering 2 books to them :rotfl: but no I am being poached lol. Also was in hospital the other week so off sick from work, feeling ok though so was going to recanvass but pointless if my territory is not my own anymore just need confirmation from ASM but she's useless

Yeah I'm ok, have been feeling a bit lazy with avon, could have started last campaign as I was well enough but couldn't be bothered, back on the wagon now though and got just over £100 in orders for c13. Not a lot but I didn't drop to all of my customers.

I also had one of my roads reassigned, but I didn't really want it anyway so its ok, sorry about yours though! Some ASMs are cr@@@p, mine is nice though.

Hey Kat,

In HT14 you can order the Spectracolour lippy and mascara for £7 (together!) codes are 43547 for the Browns and the mascara is 42945 for Brown/Black or 41939 for Black

As melvis said, neither the bag or glasses are in C12

For my 1st campaign I offered free gift for orders over £10, As I was unsure on how many customers I could get & how high average spend would be!

It turned out average spend was around £15 so for my next incentive I will base it on that.

For the free gift I bought items that were 99p in the current brochure - you could pick things cheaper out of HT but I wanted to use something they may be tepted to buy again themseves.

I did try putting samples in with the brochures as I post rather than door knock but found I got most of the samples back again & no additional orders from it!

Ive also mentioned to some customers that if they introduce a friend they will get a free gift for recconmending me!

How does she know which streets are dropping in sales? I have 6 streets, some are fantastic and have loads of customers and sales but 2 of my streets are very hitty missy, all depends on what offers are on in the book and I dont have as many customers in those streets. Yet when I put my order in I only input how many customers served overall, not which streets they are from. I think its very unfair of your asm to do this without giving you a chance to re-canvass. But look at it this way, your customers will buy off you; you've already found out who wants books and who doesnt so anyone taking over your street wont get anywhere, so its pointless your asm wasting her time in the first place.

As my name would suggest I'm new to Avon, and these forums.

I signed up to do Avon on Monday and was given c13 and c14 brochures. I know that I can back order from the c13 but I was really wondering if the MOV had to be from each campaign, or the total order value?
