Sorry Kirstoff I am at work too and don't have one to hand, it's the sort of thing I do!!
I'm not going to get started on my deliveries or C12 until next week, already had 1 customer asking when delivery is, it's tomorrow but I am out tomorrow night and Thursday night and have a friend over for the weekend! Won't even get to look at the delivery until Sunday evening!!
I got my 2nd Congratulations e-mail, my free skincare samples with my delivery!!

Does anyone have a camp 12 brochure to hand ? I'm trying to print out flyers (at work ! I don't have a printer at home) to drop brochures tonight but I wanted to put on there about the anew beauty bonus. How much do they have to spend and what is the value of the beauty bonus . IE
Spend £xx on Anew product on pages XX to XX and receive free beauty bonus worth XX.
Thanks for the this - kicking myself I forgot to bring a camp 12 brochure with me to work !
    x

The customer has to spend £15 or more on ANEW, one product to be skincare pages 6-9 and 32-51.

3 choices of beauty bonus all worth £32,

I was only quick, because I am starting to imput C12 as we are away from Monday next week. We get back a week later and I have to submit that evening.

I have to keep on top of the orders ( esp when there are freebies to be had from back ordering......lol).

    hello all!

i have a customer who turns 50 next month and hasn't bought avon for years!

she wants to know about the ANEW Alternative day and night moisturisers for 40+ and about the ANEW Ultimate day and night for 50+.

her skin is not especially dry and she is not sure which to order. she is worried that if she gets the 50+ it may be a bit too greasy and give her spots.

    has anyone tried both?

i know we could order both etc but she asked me to get some feedback for her. also, she has already spent £49 so getting this right first time would be excellent!!

many thanks for your help everyone :o
it's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:

Hi i'v tried the ANEW Ultimate day and it's really good didn't make my skin greasy at all,(i'm 26) my sister saw me yesterday and she asked what i'd done to my face, she said it looked more lifted:rotfl:
LOL, so i'm going to buy the full sized pot next time as this time i got the mini sized ones for £5, your customer could try a few of these trail sized creams intill she finds one that suits her.

It can be difficult to get books back, especially before people are used to your routine. Hopefully, as people get to know you more, they'll be better about returning brochures ;)

My advice, for what it's worth, would be to just do the best you can for this campaign, then buy more books next time (the more you buy, the cheaper per brochure).

A question  Has anyone tried 'kiting' pages (folding them so that they stick out of the top of the book)? I've been told it definitely works so I've tried it this time. Lots of work though on 85 brochures (in addition to writing the expiry date on the back), and I'm not sure if it will be worth the effort

    I'll report back........!

Yes it definately does work - last time I tried folding a fragrance page (I don't sell very many fragrances) and loads of customers ordered fragrance of some description, even if it was only a bodyspray. But definately gave them the nudge in the right direction to try something new!

So from now on I will be folding a different page each campaign, this time I'll be doing planet spa, then jewellry, etc to try and tempt them each campaign to try something new!
