Hello Ladies, have managed to pick up another 2 customers. Yipee. They are regular customers too, they have both said there used to be an avon rep many years ago and they have missed it.

I've just been looking through C12 and there's some good offers. There is a free beauty bonus when you spend £15 or more on Anew. Free Magix Face Perfector trial size when you buy the Spectracolour lipstick, any 2 for £12 on certain makeups and any 2 for £10 on other makeup and any 2 for £8 on more makeup. So bargains for the customers and lots of choice. Oh there's more, 2 many offers to list, but C12 should be a good campaign.

And I must say the fitflops work! I have noticed a difference in my fat thighs, they are starting to look slimmer and I am seeing my calves again. And they are so comfy.

i emailed avon last week regarding a customer wanting an exchange for a mousse foundation stick ( there was a problem with it so a straight exchange).i couldn't see how to do it in my account as it was ordered in C8 and i'm into C11 now and so wasn't coming up in invoices-we're still within the 90 day customer satisfaction thingy tho.avon have emailed me to say that i have to apply for a credit and then re-order it-but even to back order it's £2 more than when originally bought so i'm stuck.i've been emailing avon backwards and forwards this past week with regards to missing items (lots of them) from my order last monday.they actually missed an item from the list i sent them so that's coming out in the next order because they'd already sorted out an immediate replacement when i first contacted them.i'm disgusted that avon can treat customers like this and i'm not a happy bunny @ the minute

so need some advice what i can do about the foundation stick.

    cheers

Just had another customer drop off an order with a big apology for not leaving it out or answering the door as they were in all night :) So thats another £8 for me. And it saves me walking all the way up the giantly steep hill to collect it myself.

Its in the HT mag for C12, pg 48. Its on the sales aids page.

It states that if you want to know whats in it please refer to previous HT issues, but as im new i cant do that.

Dont want to order it to find theres nothing in there i'd use.

As all itsays is: includes a variety of samples, products and make up tools. (very helpful)
