She won't get any commission as far as I'm aware if she orders from HT - so you have to work out which is better to make money? I am rubbish at trying to work it out!!!

I thought that at first, but the Sales Leader who came to introduce her to Avon said she could let her friends and family order from HT but obviously she'd only get commission on the lower price, so from that we assumed you do get commission. It would seem strange to though as they are meant to be demo products.

You don't get commission on HT products but you get up to 30% off the brochure price, compared to 20/25% commission x

That's great - thanks for clearing that up Melvis. So it's worth doing the maths to see which makes the better profit.

Lyndsey is right, you don't get any commission off of things that you buy in HT. I have bought quite a lot now form there and it states on your invoice under items that earn no commission. For example SuperShock Intense Mascara is £2.00 in HT12, normal brochure price is £8.00 but the special brochure price is £4.00. If your OH sold this at £4.00 and managed to reach her 25% target, which she has done if she hits £200, then she would get 25% off, paying only £3.00 and making £1.00 profit. However if she bought it from HT 12 she would pay £2.00 but sell it for £4.00 then she makes £2.00 so in this example she would be better buying it from HT. Does that make sense or have I confused you?:rotfl:

I have noticed though that most times it is better just to order from the catalogue as quite often you get deals/freebies that you can't get if you order from HT.

On another note, does anyone else like the purple antler bag? I thought I didn't like it at first, but now I think I really like it:rolleyes:

Everyone seems to be doing brilliantly at the moment - congrats all round

I wonder if anyone can help? One of my customers said she'd like to get hold of a Bratz Kaftan, and I'm sure I've seen it somewhere in the last week (possibly on a clearance or special offer) - trouble is, I can't remember where! Anyone know?

searched on order form and it says

    Bratz Kaftan Age 5/6 - Brochure 9 - code 85548
    Bratz Kaftan Age 7/8 - Brochure 9 - code 85530

£3.75 each according to subtotal x

If you're aiming for President's Club though it's better to order through the brochure and get the higher sales value to count.

Thought that only happened to me. A bit disheartening, esp when on 1st campaign.
