I got my order placed late on Tuesday almost deadline time
and I got all my watches thank god, I had 6 to get.
so I am pleased but I did highlight in my flyer it could take 6 wks for the watches :rolleyes: pity they are so lame at having enough through to cover supply :mad:

Well.....it was a great success this morning going out with the ASM....got a lady signed up already! So with my OH I only need to get 3 more which I am really pleased about :j Though the lady doesn't have the internet so will have to order through the post....so I'm not sure if that will affect anything? I have a feeling it means she can't backorder - is that right?

Didn't have much chance to ask ASM as was a rush to get me back home in time in order to leave for work lol! My sales leader pack should be coming through the post, paying the £2.50 to have it delivered so hopefully should be here by the end of next week with any luck!

Lozza - I'll still be lozza1985 on flissys - assuming I ever get a password that is!!!:p ASM has given me some cards to put my details on to give to people/put through doors....but I haven't got any ones for expired brochures (as at the moment all my brochures are in use!) - but does dropping expired brochures generate many leads? I'm all for trying it as it gives me a way to get rid of brochures though!

And the best bit is.....I've been given the next HT for OHs sign up so can have a read of it tonight at work instead of having to wait for my delivery on Monday I'm easily pleased lol!

My friend did it by post last year as she doesn't have a computer and she still back ordered xx

Ah fantasic! Thank you! Going to give her a ring tomorrow to see if she would like any plastic bags for her books and some calling cards (though need to wait for my delivery on Monday for those) .....but going back to see her in just over a week with the asm.....would I be treading on toes if I do this? I want to do it with all reps I sign up, but then I won't be doing things at all how the ASM did today!!! Might be easier to just let her get on with it this time and help her more once asm isn't as involved anymore I reckon! ASM already thinks I always try to find out too much too soon lol!

Have you placed your order yet? if not order some of the paper order forms so you can have a look at them. They have different sections I think for back ordering etc x

Unfortunately I have - it comes on Monday!!! So I won't be able to get hold of any before I see her again. O well! She seemed really keen & she has done avon about 10 years ago so she seemed to remember the basics of it all. Glad in a way that she doesn't have the internet, as that was one thing I had wondered about, so at least I've got the ASM going to all the meetings with me and she'll obviously know lol!

Glad it went well today.
Am I right in thinking the new rep incentives/targets are only for online orders?
My first lady doesnt have a computer and I forgot to order an order form so we could have a look at one. I think its unfair they dont qualify for all the free samples cos of the way they order.
Did you ASM let you have one of her appointments then? Thats good:D
