    Hi lozza1985
    Glad it went well today.
Am I right in thinking the new rep incentives/targets are only for online orders?
My first lady doesnt have a computer and I forgot to order an order form so we could have a look at one. I think its unfair they dont qualify for all the free samples cos of the way they order.
Did you ASM let you have one of her appointments then? Thats good:D

Yep they are online only I'm afraid :o

Yeah they are online only unfortunately...the lady does have access to the internet at a familys house so we left her with one of the leaflets about the incentives to let her think it through about which way she'd want to order.

Yeah ASM is really nice (even if she was half an hour late picking me up!) and said she'd give me every other lead from anything that results today - so if any of the books we pushed through generate more leads I might get more sign ups that way too. She said it was only fair with me helping her - good job as I would have been very miffed otherwise lol!

Did you not get provided with any leads to start with? I'm so glad she did, it makes reaching the 3 within 1 campaign to get the £30 bonus much more achievable! I think I have the figures right there anyway lol!

My ASM never gives leads away, all my reps I've got for myself.

The iNRDP or Smart Start as it will be changing to, is Avon's way of encouraging everyone to place their orders online as it means less processing and therefore cost. If all the reps key there own orders in, they don't have to pay as many employees to do it.

If any of my Reps don't have a home PC, I recommend they use the internet at their local library instead where it is usually free.

O crickey - I've been very lucky today then! She might not be good with time keeping but I'll stop complaining about her in that case! :D

Ah, that's a good idea! Will remember that for the future - mind you I should have known I used to work in a library lol! I'm hoping once she sees how many samples & things she could qualify for that she'll decide to use a family members computer for her orders - as my ASM mentioned to it it's only once every 3 weeks she'd need to use it. I'll be receiving the last of my rewards this time, including the extra bag for getting enough sales across the campaigns - though I much preferred the huge pile of samples in the first one, lots of bags aren't really much use to me lol! :D

Help! Avon is taking over my house at the moment, I seem to have bits everywhere. Planning to get more organised this weekend.
Good job OH is away at the moment, as I think he'd have a fit.

since last nite i've been having probs in my account ( am assuming it's the same with everybody?) when i click to view subtotal-most of the time it just says 'Pricing detail is currently not available'.back clicking half a dozen times sometimes works.

not only that but the site is so slow for me and keeps timing out.are people sending their orders by any chance?

No - I can't get the subtotal either

Just a word of encouragement for anyone tempted to give up on a house which hasn't produced an order after several campaigns. This time, I've had 2 first orders from houses I've been delivering books to for 31 campaigns.....I think it's the Chinese water torture principle - keep dropping a book until they eventually get curious :rotfl:

I also have a customer who mentioned on another forum (not Avon) that she wanted an Avon Rep. Although she lives around 10 miles from me, I got in touch - we often go that way in any case - and she's generated more and more orders. This time her order (for herself and four other people) totalled £138 :j I've given her a gift this time and will give her a 20% discount on her own goods from time to time. I'll just do it on an 'ex gratia' basis so it's not open to abuse (not that i think she would, but i don't want to set any precedents ;))

Yay, just rang her and she'd noticed on the paperwork that it said about informing the tax office.....so I told her what I knew! Asked if she had any other questions and she said she was fine so hopefully she will be a good rep, she seemed really nice yesterday and she works in a call centre so she'll be used to dealing with people! :D
