I think it was on opportunities then something like President's Club and then it says how much you need e.g. £6,500 in 10 camps therefore, the next line says target £650 - assume this is per camp as this will be £6,500 total, then underneath it says associates and has a target. Hope that makes sense

Can I just ask a question to all you lovely people pls....

How long should I reasonably allow for an order to arrive? I placed a big order (£25 - a lot of money for me) three weeks ago now with the new rep in the area and there's no sign of it yet... ok there's not usually anyone in in the afternoons but theres been nothing left to say she has attempted delivery and she's got my number if there was a problem. Should I just give up on it as not coming?

  • Mrs Ryan - every campaign lasts 3 weeks. You may have got a catalogue at the beginning of the campaign. i.e. my campaign 9 started on May 1st and I submit my order for Camapign 9 on Friday 22nd. My order isn't due to arrive for this until Friday 29th. Therefore if you were my customer and you placed your order on May 1st, you wouldn't be able to get your order until May 29th at the earliest! I am pretty sure most Avon reps do leave calling cards if you weren't in and if you have left your phone number, then I would think she would have contacted you if there was a problem. does this make sense?

It definitely does seem a long time to wait if you are at the beginning of campaign, some customers have to wait longer than others unfortunately because of this. I am surprised though that she didn't leave a date at the bottom of the order form to tell you when delivery is expected.

YummyMummy20, I get tax credits for doing Avon and they pay for my childcare so my son can go to the childminder 3 days a week, it lets me concentrate on Avon while he is mixing with other children and having a great time. I gave them my estimated earnings and told them I will update them when I know the actual figures.

To date for me £0. LOL. but if you get a good customer base, it will be worth it, I am still trying to build mine.

Ta aureol212, if i can get working tax credit because of this it'll be a great help. Doing less than 16hrs i only actually see £20 from my wage more than i would on income support alone and sometimes i don't feel like its worth the sleep deprivation. I'm hoping to get around £200 in sales a camp for my first few even though i'm only starting small with family and friends, figure they will order because of the novelty factor and because they loves me! lol. What figure did you give them as your estimated earnings if you don't mind me asking??

YummyMummy20, I told them I was working 20hours a week on Avon, which at the moment for me is about right, sometimes I do a few extra hours but that's because I am constantly trying to find a way to get customers. I told them my approximate earnings are £200 per month, because you get 25% of a minimum order value of £200. so I figured as a new rep, I might achieve this the first month. I did say I would tell them each month how much I earned so they had an accurate record. Well to date, earn £0...LOL. Still trying though.
