dont work out your hourly wage as it not a full time or partime job. it can become a full time if you become a salesleader and thats were th money is longterm
i mean i get roughly £400 commision every 3 weeks from repping and sl but then again i havent even been doing sl for long but i know alot of salesleader that earn £1000 , £2000 even £3000 every 3 weeks just from beeing a salesleader obviously they have much bigger teams that i have and been doing it for some years just google gail reynolds one of the most successful sl's or dave carter.
it can't be as big or as little as you make it
please are u able to give me some hints on on how to get some leads as a new sl? thanks. Aivyb20090 -
i get my leads from flissys.com register for a free trial...then when i go to signup someone i offer the new rep a free bottle of perfume for every friend that is interested in becoming a rep to...they will get the perfume after friend placed 1st order of course.0

Hi everyone
Had a problem with a woman who ordered stuff and decided she couldn't afford it when it came to paying . Needless to say she won't be getting a book again as I can't be doing with timewasters like that.

oh no please continue to serve everyone that wants to see a book..otherwise you will lose out in sales....god knows why she couldn't pay , maybe an unexpected bill came, car broke down, etc. didnt get paid, lost here job....etc.
i had a new customer a few months ago that texted me on delivery day that she didn't get paid and i should cancel her order...yes sure i was upset initially but now she is one of my best customers...recommended loads of friends to order from me and takes the book into work for me.
carry on serving them until they say no thank you.
even if they havent ordered for a while...0 -

returns are simple & easy it doesnt cost you anything and takes about 5 minutes to request credits....0 -
Hrmph! Last night I was delivering cats and I see this car with "Avon Reps wanted" on the back window. Later on one of my good customers calls me to say she's giving Avon a go herself now after someone came round so won't be ordering from me anymore. She says he has assured her that he hasn't given her any of my territory but will he really be able to guarantee this on the spot?
Then later on, my friend round the corner, who is also a good customer say she has had a note through her door asking for reps.
I understand SLs need to sign people up but he's obviously been up and down all my roads. Is this out of order do you think?Leo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T0 -
It happens all the time unfortunatley, my area manager has canvassed my road before and even put a note through my door asking if id like to be a rep. Luckly i was in and told her i already did avon and she still canvassed my street  .This is how saft she is she also stopped me in the street to ask if i want to be a rep she has that many in my area she doesnt know who shes got being reps.0

I would be so annoyed if that happened in my street:mad: I am not sure how many reps there are where I am, but I know half of my street is taken and there is another rep living in the street, although she doesn't do my street
I am just getting to grips with my territory so I would be upset if someone started to do that now to get reps in.
I have checked on the Avon site and have noticed my order is packaged and I should be getting 9 packages, does anyone know how big these are? Got to carry them from work (5 min round the corner) so hoping they are not extremely awkward.Avon Rep
C8 - £417.09, C9 - £613.14:jC10 - £378.18
C11 - £301.72, C12 - £284.92, C13 - £220.14,
C14 - £194.36, C15 - £300.910 -

they are about the size of a crisp box ( just an idea )
but they can be heavy, but also handbags etc in shrink wrap are classed as a package so you may just have 3 boxes and 6 bags
I am sure you will be able to work it out roughly hun xxLife is what you make it;)0 -
Well after my wobble the other day my order isn't as bad as I initially thought.
I have placed an order of £121.30
my 2 friends ordered last night
one at £4.50  and the other at £40.60 :j:j
So I am okay with the order.
I managed to break even almost I had broke even and then ordered myself 2 anew creams and treats so my bill from me is on £12.70
I can cope with that :T as I ordered a fair amount to up my order before the last 2 orders came in.
But I am going to deliver a brochure to a few of mums neighbours.
as I feel I am losing some interest from my small circle of family and friends.
But I am a happy bunny today that the campaign wasn't a total disaster :TLife is what you make it;)0 -
Hello all! Just been catching up...
Went out this Sunday with friends I hadn't seen since Xmas!! Thought I deserved 1 big night out (Even though I am in London this weekend for a 30th!)
As usual I drank way too much, made a fool of myself and wasn't very well! Don't think I will ever learn as I don't go out much any more and just let my hair down when I do. Forget I can't drink as much as I used to.
My delivery is due today, left the house at 8am and no sign of it. My safe place is my next door neighbour - hope there's not too much, I will feel so guilty, should give her a nice bubble bath or something for it! I also hope she will be in, she does shift work.
What will happen to the packages if she's not in as I text some of my customers telling them to expect delivery tonight or tomorrow.
Also did the other half of my territory that I hadn't done yet with C8 and got 1 order of £20, some that had given the cat to others to look at and 1 saying she wants to wait for the watch deal.0
