and you will get charged what it says in HT10
If you click on View order and at the bottom
click subtotal it will allow you to view your prices and amounts etc.
like below hope that helps xxx

Summer - still nothing from my sister!! She will leave it to the last minute knowing her!!
I got given 40 C8's for my first go - the reasoning was that we have more chance of getting a big order first go - and I can see that, although I have only done half the territory so can have 2 camps on the go for the next one. Think I will stick to buying 40, that seems to be working at the mo, and have already managed to whittle down some houses
  • I think I am going to buy 30 more cats for C9 and maybe 40 for C10 just now. I have managed to whittle down my delivery list a bit but I still have the other side of the street to do so I don't know if they are interested or not, will know after the next campaign begins. I think I will do better on my next campaign as the offer is better and I will be doing my whole territory and by then I might have established some customers.

Do we start on C9 at the weekend then?

Lol went collecting in straggling books today - got 2 orders which hadn't got addresses on! Luckily they had signed the order forms and they have ordered before so have worked out their addresses!

And the lady who tried to order a thermafirm cream free yesterday has redone her order and selected one of the bonus bags this time! :D Was worried that she might have gone a bit funny and cancel the order or something.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Karen - See I was thinking I could maybe buy the pedi scrub and get some of the linen sprays, as right enough I love these things too so I would assume that they are suitable for any age. I thought I could maybe throw in both as it wouldn't cost much and it is a good incentive for them to buy again. If they like the serum, they may buy it again and at £20 per product, I think it deserves a good freebie! True, I will get to know what they order so it will be easier in the future. Although I don't think I will offer a free gift next campaign, I will highlight the watch with a printed slip, did that this campaign with the beauty bag! I am trying to think of anything else I can run instead.

Well I am going out this evening to try and collect the 7 I put out on Sunday and collect the stragglers (about 15 of them). I am also going to go past the woman that said was going to drop off her order to me. I will put a slip through her door if she's not in to remind her that the order is due on Thur if she wants to place an order.

Avon Salesleader - I completely understand that a SL only gets refunded for 20 cats, but I have a territory of about 180 homes and there is no way you can cover that with 20 cats for 3 weeks. Luckily my SL gave me another 30 of C8 so I managed to go out with a large drop instead of the tiny ones I was doing before. Unfortunately for C9, I am going to have to order more cats as I only have the 20 again, I need another 30 or so:(

Lyndsey - Has your sister placed an order yet? I am so impatient I want to go round to the hairdressers and shop to see if I have any orders, it's hard to wait until Thursday:rotfl:

On your flyer highlight some of the best value offers
4 for £5 and buy 1 get 1 at £1 also your half price
Also if you see something in a future campaign that you know one of you customers like but is being discontinued inform them as they may choose to buy a bulk.
The Linen Sprays are good for any age as are the glycerine hand cream etc and lip balm. I wouldn't offer too much £20 order if the item you are giving free is £4 rrp then that it is 20% free which is a good deal.
You are just starting out until you know your loyal customers then you can up their freebies on the basis they order x amount regularly ;)
Life is what you make it;)

  • Karen - Do you think if I just stuck to the linen sprays then for the people that have ordered over £20, is that an okay freebie? Are the linen sprays £4.00rrp?

Interested to see I'm not the only one who has had problems with people leaving their name off the form since the order forms changed . Can I suggest that we all email Avon to that effect, and hopefully if they get enough complaints, they'll change back to the old style with the customer name at the top. Meantime, I'm putting a little cross beside the name section in the hope of drawing attention.

Glad your other problem sorted itself out - people are quite amenable on the whole, i find.

Lyndsey it is really simple hun and you can't really go wrong
here is a wee idea of what you see doing it

    avon3.png

Then scan down to the very bottom and click Subtotal

    avon2.png

Once you have finished with your subtotal page just scroll down and click Previous Page

    avon1.png

The stuff that is added as Demo are all from HT10 and are going in with my C8 orders

They are £3.75 normal price ;)
but even the discontinued scents the customers can't prove you didn't pay full price they were £3.75 at some point in the brochures.
I would do that intially anyway until you get used to your customers
but thats just my opinion hun, I am sure others may disagree. :rotfl:
