Hi, I purchased a samples pack and kingsized bumper box with my campaign 5 order which I received today. I am really unhappy with the samples pack, it contains many many discontinued products. Solutions hydro radiance day cream x 2, Solutions hydro radiance night cream x 2, ageless results, I also received foundations perfectwear which too have been discontinued and anew lip plumping samples in various colours which have also been discontinued. I ordered the pack because my sample collection had dwindled and thought it would help but how can you give people these samples to encourage customers to buy those products but they no longer appear in the brochures. The bumper box was the same too many many many of the products have discontinued, I had hoped to use the box as a sales agent to try and boost my sales but it isn't possible, as 95% of the content isn't included in the brochures. I am certainly not happy with what I got but am willing to hold on to it as I can't be fussed to pack it all up again, but lesson learned is never to buy the packs again. Thanks Karen

Finally got hold of my ASM. Emailed her last night AGAIN and she replied this morning saying she has been moving house and not been able to get online. but i still dont see how that means not being able to reply to a text, but anyway. she is bringing me my C6 brochures round shortly, so i will have some time to get them out and back in. thankfully. hope thats the last trouble i have with her since she was moving house. think i can forgive her for that lol.

What camp are you on as in the brochures I have there are still perfectwear foundations.

I am not sure that they have been discontinued or have you seen/read something to say this.

Cant get hold of my ASM ( I know thats not unusual) but shes normally very good but her phone number just goes dead now. Wondering if she has left. Avon said they will pass on a message which could take forever and Im after more territory. Thanks

Managed to wait in for my order ok before going into work. Had to have a little look through it first of course .

I'm not that impressed with the free bags either. I think it might be a matter of taste though as it's just too big for my liking.

Got my new rep's bag with a full sized perfume and lip gloss, some paper bags, order forms and quite a few samples.

One of the items that a customer ordered was out of stock (a bracelet) so I'm going to put a little freebie in her order to say sorry. Luckily everything else seems to be there.

My order target for C6 is £250 so I can get entered into the car competition (with 3 new customers too). Is this target standard or based on territory/customers/previous orders?

Hi elle I am currently on C6 I have just checked the samples again it is personal match not perfectwear silly beggar that I am,
it is the liquid version of personal match which isn't in the brochures it is only the smooth mineral ( powder version ) which is currently in the brochure so it won't look the same colour also the colours are different.

I got 6 perfectwear samples and
26 personal match samples.

I am thinking of making up holiday packs for people,
I saw in HT8 a travel bag with 3 clear travel bottles
I could fill them with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
that I buy from the clearance section or get on offer
and then add in some foundations and lippys, and moisturizer.
the bag will be £10 - £8 special intro so buying at £8 I could sell them for the £10 the next campaigns filled so they think they are getting the added extras free but the £2 I make will more than cover the outlay.
what do you think? could it work?
just trying to get rid of the discontinued products without having to say to everyone heres a freebie but don't order it cause it isn't avaliable.
Also would mean all they need to pack is a toothbrush and paste and hairbrush and suncream if they are going to need it.

Hi Emily this is standard for all,
this months target, although in reality you just need to add 3 extra customers in your order form as they don't know who ordered what.
So as long as you hit the total you will be fine.
I am sure your customer will be fine, is the order being sent when it comes in stock or has it ended and it has gone?
cause you could suggest something similar wither it be from your HT brochure that way she sees you are trying to accomodate her.:T

Have your orders been quite low? My last order was £194 before that was £175. My target is £250
