Still heard nothing!!! I don't know what to do now, I'm collecting in my C5 books later - do I start and deliver them to my last street (which I want to keep on the "older" book) on the assumption that I won't be getting any C4 books? But then if I do that, and don't get any more territory I'll be forever stuck giving everyone the current book!!!

Just can't make my mind up!!! I suppose I could miss out that street this time and do it next campaign, but it has 78 houses on it!!!!

Don't forget that you're bound to lose a few as you go on - some will ask you not to leave one, and a few will never return a book (I give them 4 or 5 campaigns then stop leaving one)

Yeah I know, but it's whether to get my streets "staggered" or not. OH seems to think we should work on the assumption we will get more territory and so do all the streets we have at the moment on C5, but then I just have the feeling with her being so rubbish she won't give us any more houses! And I'd like to have my territory split so we don't have to buy as many books.

I think it all depends on how many orders I get! I really want to get over £250 again this time to qualify for the free samples - so if I'm not close to that I guess I'll have to do that other street on C5.

You could always do the street on C5 to make sure you cover all your territory and maximise your sales.... then when it comes to actually buying your books buy less slighlty less than you were intending to.......yes it means having to get books sorted and back out more.. BUT that way your always covering all your territory up until you get more but same time using your books just as much.

You will also be making better sales figures hopefully... your ASM will probably be more likely to give you more territory if she can see your doing well on what she has already given you! :) You can be like "well im covering this territory too easily and would really like some more since im doing so well"..;)

Yeah, buying less books was the only other way around it that I could see!

Tbh, my ASM is no use - she was meant to come on Thursday to give me more C4 books (hence my problem) & to discuss more territory and see how I was getting on...........she never turned up & I can't get hold of her! Had a courtesy call from Avon to see how I was getting on......told them my problems & they've emailed and left her a voicemail message.

So you can see how I'm not filled with confidence in her giving me more territory! I think if she won't give me more territory then I'll get my OH to sign up with a local SL (there was adverts in the paper this week), I'm sure he'd make a lovely Avon lady - all 6 foot 6 of him lol!!!

  • Before ordering anything on C6, I'd check the gift sets in the Sale flyer (p22-24).

There are lots of things that I get orders for on a regular basis at little more than the value of the single item - don't forget your commission comes off the price!

Don't forget to check, though, that the item is full size not trial size ;)

Just collected in my books and got 2 orders totalling £20 which I'm pretty pleased with, as those are from people who didn't order last time. I people who ordered last time and having their books collected tomorrow so hopefully will get a few more orders.

One lady has done the lavender mega deal for £5 - but obviously hasn't read it properly as she hasn't actually picked the products she wants! And no phone number either.....will have to pop back later to see if she wants one of each thing (which I guess would be the case) or a different combination.

So far, no chance of being able to get myself a free bag though!

I was thinking of ordering the lavender mega deal and keeping the items for a bit in case someone orders them in future at a higher price and I get more commission for myself, is that worth doing?

It depends on your customers ... I ordered the last 4 for £5 set and no one has ever ordered any of the Lavender things so I used them as freebies (sometimes offer a freebie on orders over £15 etc) to tempt people to buy them at a later date :D
