Just a quick question. I need to pay for my Avon order tomo at the Post Office. I have one order that has not been delivered yet as she hasn't been in. I've left her a card asking her to contact me but not heard anything yet. Can I put it all through as a return and only pay the total minus her order? Will I still get my next order sent out? Only had to send back one thing before but this time its about £38 worth of goods.
Also will this affect my New rep incentives?
Hope everyone had a great xmas, we did and the house now looks like Toys R Us!!!!0 -
Yes book it down as a return now and take it off the amount owing0

Thanks Deanos0

I've had my C1 order delivered today but no HT booklet. Does anyone have a spare or one that they aren't using anymore that they could possibly forward on to me.

Have just had an email from my asm saying that if we place an on time order for £10 or more we will get £34 of marimekko stuff for free. Will everyone get this, just wondering as someone said they had a diary with their last order?Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0

You need to be LOA 18 or less (ie, have been a rep for less than 1 year) and place an on time order of £10 or more in C2, C3 and C4 .So long as you qualify you'll get your gift automatically in your C4 order. So it's not everyone, just everyone new, and quite a few established reps are up in arms that they're not being included! Quite rightly too I think - it's a bit of a slap in the face to have your loyalty ignored like that.0 -
With the above in mind, I sent Avon a slightly stroppy email - see (non!) reply below
