    Bloody hell!just had a call from my AM saying that id delivered books to someone elses area!it was a road that was given to me on origional sign up and i have customers there!its only a few houses but it gets my back up as it means that the customers there have informed the new avon lady and therefore they wont order off me!i didnt drop them the last camp as my dad was ill and i was out of the area only to now find its not mine anymore!!!had discussion with the AM who said as i have customers there it will remain mine!but really is there any point now as the poor customers will be confused!arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:mad:

    The lady that hadn't paid for her order and who I couldn't get hold off has just got her daughter to knock. She still wants the stuff. Wanted to take today asnd pay tomo but I put my foot down and said she cant have it until it's paid for!!

    Hopefully she just didnt have the money over xmas and will continue to order (wish she had just told me though if that was the case.)

    Getting all my books ready tonight, order being delivered Thurs so want to be ready for Campaign 3!

    could any of you lovely people tell me which campaign this is being discontinued in please i've seen it in a book but can't remember which one and one of my customers asked about it today many thanks

    try the watads board on the Avon website. if you are on mail plan o you can backorder an additional order from camp 1. would cost you 2.50 but the customer may order multiple as its not in the book any more!?
  • Help Im confused (Not hard I know)

    Right how do I check if I have been credited for a product. A couple of campaigns ago a customer ordered two sets of Poinsetta Xmas lights. They were sold out but I had a note in my delivery stating that they had charged me for them but they would take it off my next order. Complete forgot about it till I found the note again and now dont know how to check.

    Also while checking for this credit I notice that they have charged me for a camera I retuned to them stating that they have not recieved it. Unfortunatly when I did return it I done it wrong and did get a copy signed by the driver. However all my details were inside the parcel and on the outside.

  • Mini - re the camera - ring them (or better still, email, which will cost you nothing) and politely tell them it's been returned and you have a signed returns note. My guess is that they'll never ask to see it :shhh:

    They re-charged a watch I had returned about 3 months ago (& for which I genuinely did have a returns note), and as soon as I emailed them it mysteriously turned up so I'll be looking out on my next invoice for it to come off again :rolleyes:

    My C2 has ended up around the £180 mark, so I'm not too unhappy with that.

    :mad: you need to get in touch with your Area sales manager or sale leader who signed u up, they should be able to find out what's going on

    i'v had this done to me before its not nice.

    i'v looked on my internet invoice this morning (my c2 order is to be delivered today) and it says on my online invoice this are sending me 4 hello tomorrow magazines?
    anyone know why this is?
    also are the camps getting shorter?

    i only have 8 days left to put oin my c3 order:confused:

    Yep! Campaigns are 2-weekly this time of year, but revert to the normal 3 weeks at C5 :confused:

    I have no idea what the thinking is behind that, but it's a right pain in the **** and just results in everyone thinking 'Oh no, not another flippin' Avon book!' :rolleyes:
