Just received my order and lots of stuff out of stock boo hoo and no alternatives sent!!!!

I checked my invoice online and only 1 item out of stock and they've sent a replacement :T Delivery is due today. I too keep both copies and will staple the back copy to the order

Does it tell you online what day they will deliver, coz mine just says 'received by carrier' under order status, and it has said that for 3 days, not sure when to expect it as it was an additional order.

Hi Kat

Just go to 'Order and Delivery dates' in the 'My account' section and you will see all the dates for several campaigns ahead. The good thing about Avon deliveries is that they come at the same time every campaign. Mine is usually 8.30am and has never been more than 10 minutes before that or 20 minutes later.
I'm not sure what happens with additional deliveries - mine have always been just one item (usually a replacement for a faulty product) which has come by post.

Just got home from work and went through my order ... everything is present and correct (well, with the exception of one alternative!) plus an extra item :rolleyes:

My order had an item invoiced but not present, my other half had an item invoiced but not present, one of my girls had no invoice whatsoever, another had campaign 17 brochures instead of campaign 16 ones... I don't know what we've done to upset Corby!

I always have one item missing, but then every other delivery I get two of something and only invocied for one!

What does everyone do with their old books? do you just bin them? Am handing out my books twice so only got a few left but just wondering. x

I'll be putting mine in the recycle bin.

Art classes at schools might make use of them for papier mache and stuff?

The title says it all. I have been filling in details on the forms for the last couple of hours sohave decided to post on here to stop myself from going stark raving mad!! I am collecting my camp 15 orders tomorrow and deliver my camp 16 bks at the same time as I am starting one stop selling. Does any one else operate this way? If so how do u find it?

This should be another good campaign for me hopefully as I already have about £180 of orders and have loads of books to collect tomorrow - will keep you updated
