The U ones were missing off my order and when I rang up to moan and ask for some proper samples seen as my i had been "let down" by them missing they promised they would send them. No sign of them yet though :P

Hi all, i have only been a rep for 6 campaigns now but have had nothing but bad service from Avon. The last straw is the fact that I seem to be miles behind everyone else in campaigns! I have just ordered campaign 15 brochures but other people in my area are handing out campaign 17 and someone at work has brought in campaign 18! This means that everywhere i try to take my brochures people are saying ' Oh we've already seen that one' so i'm hardly getting any orders. i phoned Avon about this but they just said that it depends on your area, I explained to them that my next door neighbour (who only takes orders from her friends and family) is on campaign 17 but just get more fobbing off. I'm fed up with it all to be honest and they just don't seem to want to help me.....i don't know what to do!

I have 2 weeks til my C15 order goes in :rotfl:at least 6 people at work will wait for my books though even though one woman is 1 campaign ahead of me and another 2 campaigns ahead. They just like me more and know I need the money People on my territory haven't had avon for a while i don't think so don't know any different!

im only just starting campaign 15 as well, i dont mind being behind as my customers never know, but its really frustrating that i always miss out on sale stuff Grrrrrrr....
Anyways raelly pleased with campaign 14, total of £540 orders, biggest so far and i have finally got some more area as well yipppeeeee

My customer ordered 3 far away items, including the full priced EDT in the C15, and in HT15 is a far away set for £7.70 (I think), so the I gain £2 and 2 free products.

Plus I went through all my orders today and was about to save a total of £10 through back/future ordering and have 5 free items - yipee!

That's a good idea, maybe you could also try to encourage sales by doing what someone else did, I think it was Mikiki (sorry if I am wrong) who said order a free sample and get 10% off the full product, and if you are purchasing the money maker you are making more money anyway to counteract the 10% you lose. Whomever did that said that it went down well and they sold a lot of perfume.

I think I might do that because I am purchasing the money maker, since I have 6 weeks to sell it before I pay for it I figure why not, will send them back if they don't sell.
