  • I think they should hold half of the stock back for the people on later mailplans like us!

    Loads of my customers get angry at not been able to buy some items. I never show them the sale books any more, but sometimes there is a sale section which you can help but let them see!

  • I `ve not long started with Avon. Can anyone tell me this, when you collect your books and orders do you tear of the top copy of the order form and leave it with the customer?

    I take both and then when i deliver the order i keep the original and give them the copy. X

    i like to leave them the copy when i take their order so they have a record of the delivery date and how much they need to have ready. some people forget!

    If they order then i have a slip that says "Thanks for Ordering you delivery will be with you on ............ totalling £........ If there are any problems please ring me on .......... Thank you again" or words to that effect. That way i can take both of them with me x

  • I always take them both with me & staple one copy onto there order and keep the back copy for my records ( any probs/tax man/trying to work out if a customer would invest in any money makers etc)

    Just received my order and lots of stuff out of stock boo hoo and no alternatives sent!!!!
