It says drive by customers, maybe they stick them on a pole in the garden for people to help themselves
  • I just think they look a great idea, no dogs or cats ravaging the brochures then.

I should correct my earlier statement - my scrabble pal USED TO be an Avon rep a few years ago, she's not now, so she thinks maybe it's an obsolete product.
  • LOL - it must be happy hour :rotfl:

OK, Newbies! Have you had your first 'HELP!!!!! I can't find my calling book' moment yet? It's all very well having all the info in one handy book, but causes absolute panic when it goes missing :D

OH gets thoroughly fed up with me turning the house upside down - apparently I 'should put it in the same place every time'. The good intentions are there, but it just doesn't happen

Now where on earth did I put that area 2 book.............

  • I haven't filled mine in yet... I really should.... I know I should...

Those of you who keep spreadsheets of who's had what... what exact columm headings do you have? Sat here trying to work one out & going round in circles then wondered why I am wasting my time when I can just (nicely) crib someone else's tried & tested system.

    My question for today....

For my C18 I just scraped over the £250 level, however I've got some returns from C17.
Will the credits be taken off my C17 order value? Or C18? I'm sure it's taken off the campaign you ordered from but paranoia has paid a visit.

I don't want my C18 order value to drop below £250, cuz I really want the higher iNDRP prizes!

oooh i wanna know this too cos i had a fab c18 but now having a rubbish C1 and have only made £150 so far (INCLUDING my stuff and brochures etc) and i really want my iNDRP prize too so need to get to £250. And if credits come off this award sales then i'll need to make another £15 ontop of the £250!

Thats not a proper reply it , in fact its twaddle and not relevant , the VAT is not variable its a fixed amount.

All items in the brocure will attract VAT except kids cloths and books which are vat exempt

We need to know if brocure prices are going to be reduced to reflect the change in duty from 17.5% to 15% , and our invoices should show a 2.5% discount to reflect this.
i know that, you know that, but try telling that to the avon customer services in india....

im well peeved off, i got out my christmas countdown clock and it doesnt work! the clock bit works but it doesnt chime or light up, just clicks :(
has anyone else got one and does it work?

(and yes i have flicked the switch on the back to make it chime!)
  • Been in Tesco today and they are already refunding the difference in VAT at the checkout.

I have to deliver my order this week and at this rate I won't have an answer for the inevitable questions. Do you think we will get an answer, or will they just ignore us?

Maybe we should go on strike...............but there's a fatal flaw in that idea ;)

We are just going to carry on as normal and tell them Avon hasnt reduced the prices if we dont hear anything
  • Poundstretcher/Instore had knocked the VAT off already last week. I think that's the only stance we can take Deanos, not ideal, but the only option we have.
