I just this minute ordered this from Amazon for £38.99 (I had £30 vouchers from survey sites/my birthday etc so only £8.99 to pay!) and with my free 30 day trial to Amazon Prime it'll be here on Thursday ... my day off work! Yippee! Look out customers ... my newsletters are coming to get you :rotfl::rotfl:Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

ps SC, I've bought some of the Wilkos labels you recommended today tooNow what can I use em for?
lol
Which labels are these? I missed a tip
Just found this tip tonight ...
TAKE TIME OUT: Tea Bags. Attach a tea bag to the brocure, giving customers incentive to relax and look through the brochure. This small luxury will increase your customer loyalty and gives you great word-of mouth referrals.

I like the tea bag idea!
brilliant!!!
or you could hot chocolate? - if it was cheap enough?
oooooooooooo feel inspired!!Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
Someone was asking about settings for labels melvis & SC posted which settings to use for the 21 per sheet Wilkos ones. I got some today £2.40 for a pack of 10 sheets.
I thought of using em to put my name & phone number on & stick to front or maybe back of brochures, to keep my details permanently with the brochure.0 -

on Kerry's forum we were just discussing coffee sachets that come in multi-packs in the pound shop but hot chocolate sachets are a great idea for the winter! I may even pop in a choccie biccie :rotfl:
edit: and when my customers get fat I'll offer a discount on cellu-sculpt :rotfl::rotfl:Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

oh btw, I ordered a free stamp & 250 free business cards from Vistaprint the other night - just paid for the postage. I've had my name & "Your Local Avon Rep" & my phone number put on the stamp. Thought it'd be handy for bonking on the blank contact square on the back of the brochures.
Also got an A4 binder today & a load of cheapo Wilkos clear pockets. Thought I'd stick a label on & do one per customer, to keep their old order forms filed in, for info at a later date (I read somewhere that someone found it handy to check the handwriting when someone forgets to put their address on their order forms).0 -
Thanks for the welcome - Another thing I have just found by sorting out my box of stuff that my AM gave me is 4 C17 books - I placed an order from C17 and C18 on Monday and the next order is due on the 14th December - Do you think I can put out the C17 books ? Will I still be able to order on that campagin as well as C18 and C1 ??
Sorry still finding my feet - but I am loving that Hot chocolate idea - definitely good for the New Year when they have so many campaigns in such a short space of time !!!0 -
Can someone show me a sample of there business cards im stuck for ideas and wording , thanks0

If you placed an 18 order then you should now be on 01. If so no you can't use the 17's.
If you know any SL's they may take them as we use them for recruiting.0
