    Oooh iced gems!

    I think that all sweet/chocolate type things have changed, curley wurley's used to be loads bigger than they are now, and cadbury fudges.

    unrelated topic - i bought a smoothie in somerfields... strawberry and banana reduced to 50p (from £1), use by 12th September.... it's fizzy!! not good i think, shall i take it back... am going past later anyway.... or do i forfeit rights as it was yellow stickied.....?

    (apologies to RSq, as she might have read this in the runners thread too.)

    I actually bought 2 - both are fizzy! Yuk!!! as this amounts to a pound, and i am MSE, i am certainly going to take them back..
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    I'm not sur if the sweets got smaller or we got bigger or a combination of both?

    I used to also love the smokey bacon football crisps and wham bars:p . Iced gems are also a favourite I do occasionally indulge in a 6 pack...:o although not (quite) all in one sitting:p

    the goods have to be fit for consumption and purpose even if they are yellow stickered so yes take them back!
