  • :rotfl: I said something along the lines of "I'm afraid you must have misheard me...", told her the facts of the situation, then put the phone down and ranted for about five minutes :D We seem to have a lot of them here, women (always women) who've been here forever and have just a few years to retirement, they can't be bothered taking any responsibility for anything, but don't mind taking the big salary that comes with the (supposed) responsibility, and are constantly trying to blame someone else for things.

    Rant over :)

!!!!!! is not the word for women like that... brings new meaning to the word twitch though!!

I used to trim fillets or, if I was lucky, spend the day shovelling minced fish guts destined for dog/cat food into buckets. Sometimes the fish was so off it was practically green. I can assure you I didn't eat frozen fish for a long time after that. Still don't unless its proper whole fillet and I can see the flakes...

    Eeuuuwww...

Greggs was alright really, but it put me off food - chopping eggs and pouring the middles into Scotch Pies are not things you want to do first thing in the morning! There were lots of stroppy cows about there as well

  • Ames - frazzles are crisps/corn snack which 'look' like mini rashers of bacon. They contain about a million calories per bag and are greasy...hence I like them.
