Send the below reply back to her and forward her reply to the head of department or her senior. They will look at it badly from a business point of view. Also point out that you have posted on MSE, a huge consumer forum regarding the reply u have received. That was a very rude reply as it very rare to see that from a business.
perhaps i should take some lessons off you? Certainly, u need it.
what is your job? i could advise you of yours? Nothing special, however I know you are pathetic at your job from your reply and could be sacked soon.
i know what the corsa vxr costs and what its worth. thank you for your uneducated pricing but that is my job! Fine, I'll pass your email on to senior management in your company to clarity whether you are well educated and doing your job very well for losing a customer.
# If its a family run business then maybe there isn't much use to get her into trouble but still send her a rude reply back.0 -
Been down that route ArsenalFC
she's the Sales Director! :A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. Please don't be offended if that opinion differs from yours, but feel free to click the 'Thanks' button if it's at all helpful!0 -

Yes but don't you think that's just as bad as her original email. Plus I reckon it's been taken out of context now from seeing what she looks like, she comes across as a larger than life character, so I guess it's her sort of sense of humour. Last thing I want to do is get somebody into trouble with their superiors in the current job market climate.0 -
you're clearly going to have to up your offer or walk away. there will be other cars...Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0

I personally think it was a plain rude reply from her. Upto u what u want to do whether u still want to buy the car without a discount after receiving such a reply. Never judge a book by its cover.0

I work with somebody that can be extremely rude and cold, but is one of the funniest people I know so can see it from her point of view. End of the day I suppose all shes trying to do is make as much money as possible lol. Just screwed it up I think, I'm sure there will be more, will just hang on for another month lol, or change my name so she doesn't know who I am lol.
I removed the original email as I don't want anything to come of this.0 -

Your work colleague is someone you know, but this mandy is someone u dont. Her reply was just plain rude from a seller. She has not grasp the most simple art of business - good customer service, therefore the company is most likely to lose one potential customer - you, also bad word of mouth could have a bigger affect.0
