    I'd be tempted to find out her superior, send him/her a copy of that email and then demand a discount for the abuse and intimidation! That way you still get your car, she gets a grilling and you get some discount!

    Shes the sales director, how would I go about finding out her superior? It's such a lovely car though lol. I'm not going to report her anyway, I'm guessing a bad day.

    Who gets rid of a brand new car after 6 months with 7K miles on it? Bet it's been in a bash....;)

    She's the sales director, probably a family firm (by the looks of it), so anybody senior to her, is related to her, most likely.

    This is probably her, she doesn't say where she is, but any of her friends that you click on who list their location, it says Manchester which is where the dealership is located.

    Jake can print her picture out and throw darts at it when he's bored.

    She now knows you really want the car by the number of emails you have sent. So she ain't gonna budge on price IMO.

    Probably ex-demo, we sell cars 6months old with a few k on the clock regularly.
