Feeling much better today :) Although nothing could make me drink hot blackcurrent drinks or lemsip - yuk

Had a panic when £234 showed on my cc and I didn't recognise it  Cue me calling the cc company and an hour later being reminded by DH that its the mortgage fixed fee :o

Have got rid of some cook books and a lunch box through freecycle which are getting picked up tomorrow :) Then we're treating my parents to a meal out for their anniversary last year.

Bubs keeps kicking me properly now, its almost like having a fish inside me flailing about :rotfl:Its nice to know that s/he's ok in there but does feel really werid, just a shame that DH can't feel it yet

The scan went well though and bubs is fine :) DH can feel bubs move now too. :D

I've been ill again though and currently have a two day sinus headache which is making me grumpy  A big bunch of flowers from DH cheered me up for a bit :)

Had a bit of excitment getting to the hospital as we got rear-ended by another car  The damage is hardly noticeable but the quote for repair was +£600 *faint* (more than the car is worth). As we're getting rid of it next month anyway DH decided to settle with the other driver directy and not get the insurance involved.

We're off on holiday in two weeks :T so the poor bank is taking a beating as there's spending money to find and we both need a few essentials to wear.

Oh, I love the Lakes Radish :) My parents go for a week or two every year and we tend to 'visit' them for a weekend while they're there. I come back twice the size because we walk from cream tea to cream tea and back again :rotfl:

Am feeling back to normal again :j

Had a lazy Sunday round the parents and picked up a hand-woven wicker crib/moses basket that has been lent to us by a family friend :) people are so nice sometimes :) Its about twice the size I thought it would be and we need to get a mattress and fabric to cover the sides. She'd also included a book about healthy eating in pregnancy which I haven't looked at yet :p Have actually been quite surprised at the number of people who have warned me not to put too much on as its hard to get back to normal afterwards....????...and they say you should be relaxed as possible :rotfl:I guess it shows how image conscious everything is now but I personally plan to worry about my weight after I've got used to having a baby first (best laid plans and all that...)

Found three bottles of sun cream for our holiday so that's one thing off our list and the aim is to pack as light as possible. I must, must go through my exisiting clothes to see what I've got!

Don't worry about what weight you put on, it can be lost! I lost mine in just over a week. How long is it till your holiday?

Just under two weeks Cath :) We leave on the 27th Feb :j Am very excited but disappointed that I won't be able to go zip-wiring or kayaking on the excursions.

Picked up my free bounty pack today but my order with free changing bag didn't go through properly :( hey ho, never mind, will try again.

We are very close to paying family loan back with only another £500 to go :) Would love to do it this month but I don't think its likely.
