We are also in the fixed at the wrong time camp. However we fixed for ten years, no tie ins after 5, on the basis that we would save in arrangement fees etc.

Now I'm not working it's been great knowing our payments especially when we owe almost 7 times OH salary so couldn't possibly switch lenders.

Now you're just trying to get me to spend money michelle...tut tut. It's a lovely cover but I could buy a few books with that money, oops, no forget that, I've just spent £22 on some chocolate, a hat and a tunic :o

Thanks sara, I hadn't even thought about the savings on arrangement fees!

Have you heard from LittleBit michelle? Her thread's gone quiet, I hope she's ok.
My next scan is on the 10th Feb so just over two week to see Smlet again :) Apparently this is the big one when we'll see if s/he's healthy.
Is it really half way way at 20wks smf2? Gosh, I guess it is! How does time seem to fly by and drag at the same time is beyond me.

Tidied the house this weekend and had some friends round for dinner. We ate sooo much and then even when we were all stuffed I made them eat pudding as I'd made it :p I joked with DH that we must be in the wrong house atm as the fridge is full :rotfl:Cue soup for tonight, beef stew for another, chicken tray bake for wednesday and a chorizo dish one night too.

We finally bottled up our white wine and sloe gin and vodka. Our elderberry wine is now a red wine vinegar! We've put it in the shed to see what it'll do. (hopefully not explode)

Off to sewing class later...wish me luck in staying awake!
