Why didn't you get the letter back off him then when they were there?

Plus this insurance company hardly sounds as though they are on the ball with anything if they don't take something like this seriously

Cab offices are very hot on this now, they would loose their license. My hubby is a cab driver, the amount of documentation is vast & they have to have MOTs on brand new cars, its not the fly by night trade of years gone by.

Shall have to rethink the cab company i use then, most of the cars look and sound as if they're falling apart :rotfl:

Lots of councils & carriage offices (but not all) have maximum ages now for cars for cabbing, regardless of if they pass an MOT.

no there were no one in my car only the taxi driver but im not letting him of with it

the police told me he did not give his details to the police station a fail to stop after he hit me. no matter what it should have been reported to the police station..in 24 hours./ like i did

yes the police were called i was getting loads of abuise of him....
the police would not get it of him . the taxi driver said he payed me .
he grabed it out of my hand he was in my car...then run of with it
