Looking at it again it's probably more like 5ft of wrapping. I needed another set of hands to help me ;) so Lord knows how glidergirl coped :rotfl: ;)

Try and use the method where you cellophane them under the basket mrsbb (cya later btw)

You mean place the cellophane under the basket and then gather at the top?

Sowwy, I will be back in a mo :)

:wave:Over here - me too ! (not scaredy cat, just keep getting sharp eyed SAs ! ).

Glad it's not just a couple of us then ;)

flowerofscotland - that always confuses me too so I inevitably pay with cash and on cpg's opening post, it says:
Can i combine paying with vouchers/cash/GC?
    Yes you can.
    hth

Scrap that advice, it doesn't relate at all to what you meant flowerofscotland lol. Sorry.

  • I did struggle a bit, I ended up rolling the cellophane out on the floor placing nappy cake in the middle and then bringing one side up at a time and tieing at the top then repeated to cover the 2 other sides, I think there is a knack to it which is quickly learnt!
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

Sorry, didn't make myself clear :o but if the items are all flat for instance, or don't protrude too much, it's easier (and uses less cellophane) if you cover the top (but lose the frilly bit which I'm going off anyway lol) and then sellotape it under the base. If that makes sense :)

Can I ask what your studying? I am seriously contemplating going to College next year but think Im too old at 35

I went back to college at 34 to do a full time holistic therapy course, and I was right in the middle of the age range, youngest there was 18, oldest was 63, you're definately not too old to go back, you've just got to find something you really want to do, as it can be a bit tricky balancing the rest of your life (in my case 2 children and planning my wedding!!)

now I've got 4 children and still manage to fit in a couple of clients here and there (youngest is 5 months) to keep my hand in till I can commit a bit more time to it again!

    good luck

and of course don't forget to factor in your time spent Bootsing;)
