Another place that sell cellophane if you have one near you is Hobbycraft - 25/30m of white spot cellophane is about £6.00 and does loads of hampers/presents.

Thanks CT19720. That's a LOT of cellophane for £6 ...!
(Keep getting errors on the site so I'll log off and see if there's a Hobbycraft nearby)

I buy mine from flower stall in local market - £5 for a very large roll of clear cellophane. I also use it for cooking - rolled meat roasts in oven.0 -

just had a go with the new no7 palette...so here goes MrsBB's step by step guide, I'm gonna talk about the colours in steps to make it easier so, if you go from right to left on your palette, step 1 will be the cream colour, thru to step 4 which will be the darkest colour..iykwim
Step 1
Use the palest colour, step 1 to cover the entire eyelid from lashes to just under your eyebrow, I would apply it once, then reapply to deepen colour.
Step 2
Using step two, apply from your lashes upwards past your socket crease. The brush in the pic shows where to stop, again apply twice to deepen colour.
Step 3
With step 3 colour, apply from lashes to just over the socket crease of your eye, being careful not to go as far up as step 2.
Step 3 Finished day time look
if you want a subtle day time look, you could stop at this stage and apply mascara, if you want a more dramatic look continue
Step 4
Apply step 4 from your lashes to just under your socket crease, taking care not to apply over the step 3.
Step 4 - Finished Look
Using the Maybelline Eyeliner Define pen, apply eyeliner as close to your lashes as possible, creating a little flick at the end of both top and bottom lashes
