wireless HELP

how come wen i am at home on my laptop i am 2 meters away from the bt hub box and my wireless keeps going off . HELP

I had this and it was a faulty box- got sent a new one

(this was with o2)

good luck with Tech support !!

unplug the hub and claim it's died, if you are in contract they will replace it for free.If you say its sort of working then they will spend many hours playing about with your PC

Ho god yeah, even when you tell them its not your end thats the problem they keep going with the script. They even did the Peer to Peer connection to my pc with me. So I was writing graffitti on the screen while he was messing on not believing the speedtests were coming in at <1/2 meg.
