how come wen i am at home on my laptop i am 2 meters away from the bt hub box and my wireless keeps going off . HELP

good luck with Tech support !!
unplug the hub and claim it's died, if you are in contract they will replace it for free.If you say its sort of working then they will spend many hours playing about with your PCEx forum ambassador

Ho god yeah, even when you tell them its not your end thats the problem they keep going with the script. They even did the Peer to Peer connection to my pc with me.
